Supervisors review their employees punch times prior to forwarding to Human Resources or Accounting for payroll processing.
All changes (adjustments) to punch times are maintained by capturing the was and is change, who made the change and when the change was made.
Supervisors also have the ability to view current punch status of each employee on a real-time basis. Only Supervisors have the ability to view, review and approve employees reporting to them.
