Each Document submitted includes many fields that can be used to define, categorize and associate it to Customers or Vendors.
The Minimum set of information Required of each document is:
Document Number,
Document Description,
Keywords,
Document Type,
Document Owner,
Reason For Submittal,
Review Type, and
Release Option.
Other optional fields are available to provide further information about the Document.
The more information that is added to a Document results in quicker time to find a document of interest by all users.
